The notorious long time single Eddie [Ben Stiller] seems to have hit the jackpot with the attractive blonde Lila [Malin Akerman]. Unfortunately on their honey moon to Cabo, Mexico his dream woman turns out to be exhausting and incompatible. But his vacation and the future do not seem to be lost, when Eddie gets to know Miranda [Michelle Monaghan], who appears to be his dream girl. At first the two girls do not know about each other. But love and lies are not a good match and Eddie finds himself caught between two stools, pretty soon.
After their hit comedies ‘There’s Something About Mary’ and ‘Dumb & Dumber’ the Farelly brothers light up their next comedic fire cracker, with Ben Stiller as lead actor. And as usual they do it in their own exuberant and disrespectful way.
